The fees we charge are easily recouped by letting your property and it is our intention to make sure that each booking goes as smoothly as possible, resulting in guests booking for the following year and recommending your holiday property to their friends and family, word of mouth advertising is always the best form of advertising you can have.

Security

A property that is visited regularly has a higher security profile, so you know that your holiday property is safe, your holiday home is as important to us as it is to you. When we visit your property we check everything is clean and tidy, we turn on or off all the services, we test the equipment, gas, electricity, light bulbs etc. to ensure that the holiday home is in perfect condition. Logbooks are held on each property and we submit monthly reports to our owners.

Cleaning

The cleaning is the key to success in the rental market, we visit the property after each letting and clean before your next clients arrive, each owner should provide 2 sets of linen and towels, we are more than happy to provide quotes and supply them. Additional cleaning and maid service can be arranged at an additional cost.

If you have purchased your property through us or our agents, we will help and advise you regarding all the above, if your property is already furnished we will inspect and advise what if anything needs to be done to ensure it meets our high standards. The most important thing to remember is that if the property is well maintained and comfortable the clients will re-book and recommend.

Management Packages

We provide a tailored service to suit any owner, starting with our standard BRONZE CONTRACT and going through to our GOLD CONTRACT, or alternatively we can provide a package that suits your needs. Whatever you need from furnishing your property to getting building quotes we are more than willing to assist.
